PRIVACY
POLICY
Into
the Mystic Productions, Inc., DBA Brave New Workshop Theatre (the "BNW"),
created this privacy policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to your
privacy and privacy related concerns. Here's what we think.
It is BNW policy to allow our customers and web visitors control of any personal
information you provide to us.
Information Collection - Notice and Disclosure Statement
Every now and then the BNW may ask customers and web visitors to provide personal
information that will help us to efficiently perform various transactions.
That information may be asked if you:
- Register
for general information;
- Register
for classes;
- Purchase
tickets or promotional products online;
- Sign up or
subscribe to products and services, including our email newsletter;
- Participate
in a special offer or contest; or
- Post your
own show review.
The only time we collect personal information about you is when you specifically
provide such information on a voluntary basis. We do not track you down
and have no intention of forcing you to participate in any of the great
options we offer for classes, theatre productions, or training.
If you do provide us with personal data in the process of interacting with
the BNW, your information supplied may be used to:
- Communicate
with you about your ticket order or ticket inquiry;
- To reply
to your registration or information request;
- To send you
our email newsletter if you did indeed register for it; and
- To notify
you of special offers (via email) if you did indeed request us to do so.
If
you participated in posting a review, your email address may be visible to
anyone visiting the BNW web site. At no time, will we share with a third party
your actual name or any personal information about you. You
can always let us know that you never want to hear from us again by e-mailing
us at [email protected], and
we will sadly abide by your wishes.
BraveNewWorkshop.com visitors should be aware that if they voluntarily disclose
personal information in any chat areas (when and if they are ever launched)
or on the BNW bulletin board system (when and if it ever arrives) may receive
messages, and offers from third-parties which the BNW does not control. This
third-party conduct makes us sick but we cannot control the feeble attempts
of others to contact our great customers and visitors.
The BNW does perform statistical analysis of customer usage in order to measure
interest in, and use of, the various parts of the BNW web site. We do share
these statistics in offering trade agreements or reciprocal advertising with
current and prospective advertisers. But, this information is aggregated data
only (statistics, etc.), and does not contain personally identifiable information
whatsoever.
BraveNewWorkshop.com users should be aware that non-personal information and
data maybe automatically collected by virtue of the standard operation of
computer servers or through the use of "cookies". Cookies are files
a web site can use to recognize repeat users, and allow a web site to track
web usage behavior. Cookies take up minimal room on your computer and cannot
damage your computer's files. Cookies work by assigning a number to the user
that has a specific meaning to the assigning web site. Cookies, by themselves,
cannot be used to find out the identity of any user. That said, if you do
not want information to be collected through the use of cookies, your browser
allows you to deny or accept the use of cookies. There may, however, be some
features on the BNW web site that require the use of cookies in order to customize
the delivery of information to you so if something messes up, we're gonna
blame it on this
right, wrong, or otherwise!

about its customers and web visitors to any third parties.
Data Quality and Security Statement
The BNW maintains strict data security systems that ensure specific individual
information will not be made available to any unauthorized person. We use
a multi-level security system to control access to information. This system
is known as Box Office Staffer 1 and Box Office Staffer 2. This is complemented
with the incredible physical security of our facilities
you need to be
"buzzed in" to enter our theatres and restricted access to certain
critical areas that are generally under water or designated "unsafe".
The BNW is committed to educate our employees about the issues and laws surrounding
individual rights to privacy. Everyone who works at the BNW thoroughly applauds
and practices the provisions of our Privacy Policy as everyone we know has
some "things" that are better left unknown.
Wherever the BNW and our staff, actors, and musicians may travel or operate,
we are committed to adhering to relevant data protection legislation and/or
industry codes of practices and/or this Privacy Policy.
