I hereby grant to Bridger Steel, Inc., 1558 Amsterdam Road, Belgrade, MT 59714 the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission in respect of photographic portraits, editorial or any pictures of my home, shop, or other building project located at: (PROPERTY LOCATION PROVIDED ON THIS FORM) to copyright the same; to re-use, publish and republish the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs, and in conjunction with any printed matter, in any and all media now or hereafter known, and for any other purpose, for illustration, promotion, art, editorial advertising and trade or any other purpose with restriction as to alteration; from time to time, or reproductions thereof in color, black and white or otherwise made through any media.
Bridger Steel, Inc. in turn agrees that in the above instances it will not disclose the name of the homeowners of the properties, or the legal property address without the written permission of the homeowner, separate of this agreement. I hereby release, discharge and agree to save Bridger Steel, Inc. and its legal representatives and all persons acting under its permission or authority any liability in connection with the use of the photographs as aforesaid. I hereby grant permission to Bridger Steel, Inc. to photograph the above stated properties and to use the photographs in any printed and audio-visual without compensation or approval rights with the above stated limitations.
